SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

Title Sponsor: Absolutely Premier placement and high exposure through-out staging and course for race day, saturation of all marketing pieces leading to race week, and brand/company name inclusion in the logo/brand of the event. Title sponsor will be provided with the premium brand placement on the finish line archway on the top portion of the inflatable in addition to complimentary race passes, race-day VIP status, and a whole array of direct-to-consumer marketing opportunities.

Presenting Sponsor: Presenting sponsor will have major amounts of exposure on event day with brand/company name inclusion listed the Presenting sponsor of event(s). Package includes ability to setup a tent on race day and place marketing collateral piece in athlete goodie bag, banners and signs during event, and much more.

Medical Partner/Sponsor: Exclusive medical sponsor for the event; Assists with medical staffing, emergency procedures and the overall medical support plan for the event. Custom areas of brand awareness with your medical tent and support vehicles as well as one on one support opportunities with the athletes. Medical sponsors have the ability to do clinics before, during and after the event as well as opportunities for online content population of the RWR and HFP Websites.

Transition Area sponsor: Exclusive transition area sponsor for event; package includes placement on all print ads, complimentary race entries, complimentary passes to VIP Area for race day, expo booth space (where applicable) and much, much more.

Course Sponsors: Speak directly to your audience - each leg of race will have only one sponsor - one swim course sponsor, one bike course sponsor, and one run course sponsor. Package includes signage along the finish line chutes, company announcements by race announcer through-out event, logo inclusion on website.

Technical Shirt Sponsor: Include your brand on a long-lasting, a high end product that the participant will wear long after the event is over. Logo, product, and brand included in the VictoryMan Marketing Suite.

Advertising in HFP/RWR publications: HFP/RWR have a magazine that touches close to 50,000 athletes in January of each year that organization can purchase ads for inclusion. Also, some of our events have event guides that are four color glossy publications that ads can be bought for those as well.
